Beef Short Ribs-pressure Cooker

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 15
  • 10 lbs short rib of beef, cut into serving pieces
  • 3 teaspoons cooking oil
  • 3 onions, chopped
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 2 cups tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cups water

Recipe

  • 1 heat canner, add oil and brown ribs.
  • 2 add remaining ingredients.
  • 3 close cover securely.
