Beef Romano

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 cups cut-up cooked beef
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 -2 cup vegetables (fresh, frozen or canned cut-up , carrots, broccoli, beans, corn...)
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- spaghetti
- 1 small onion, chopped
Recipe
- 1 cook and stir beef and onion in oil in skillet until onion is tender.
- 2 add remaining ingredients except spaghetti and cheese.
- 3 heat to boiling; reduce heat.
- 4 cover and simmer until vegetables are tender.
- 5 serve over hot cooked spaghetti and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
