15 Minute Beef Teriyaki

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rice, prepared
  • 1 lb beef flank steak, cut into thin strips
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 3 cups stir fry vegetables, thawed
  • 3/4 cup teriyaki sauce

Recipe

  • 1 cook and stir steak in hot oil in nonstick skillet, about 5 minutes.
  • 2 add vegetables and teriyaki sauce; cover.
  • 3 simmer on low heat for 4 minutes, serve over rice.
