Ingredients
- 2 cups rice, prepared
- 1 lb beef flank steak, cut into thin strips
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 3 cups stir fry vegetables, thawed
- 3/4 cup teriyaki sauce
Recipe
- 1 cook and stir steak in hot oil in nonstick skillet, about 5 minutes.
- 2 add vegetables and teriyaki sauce; cover.
- 3 simmer on low heat for 4 minutes, serve over rice.
