Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 (15 ounce) can chili with beans
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups rice, uncooked
- 1/2 lb velveeta cheese, cut up
Recipe
- 1 brown meat in large skillet on medium-high heat; drain.
- 2 add chili, tomatoes and water; stir.
- 3 bring to boil.
- 4 stir in rice and prepared cheese product; cover.
- 5 remove from heat.
- 6 let stand 5 minutes.
