15 Minute Cheesy Chili 'n Rice Skillet

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 (15 ounce) can chili with beans
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups rice, uncooked
  • 1/2 lb velveeta cheese, cut up

Recipe

  • 1 brown meat in large skillet on medium-high heat; drain.
  • 2 add chili, tomatoes and water; stir.
  • 3 bring to boil.
  • 4 stir in rice and prepared cheese product; cover.
  • 5 remove from heat.
  • 6 let stand 5 minutes.
  • 7 stir until prepared cheese product is melted.
