Artichoke Beef

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained & sliced
  • 6 ounces smoked dried beef, shredded
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (2 1/4 ounce) can sliced ripe olives
  • 2 tablespoons sherry wine
  • 8 pastry shells, baked

Recipe

  • 1 combine everything except pastries.
  • 2 simmer to heat.
  • 3 serve in pastry shells.
