Beef Salpicao

Ingredients

- 1 lb beef tenderloin
- 1/4 cup olive oil (for sauteing)
- 2 tablespoons garlic (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons liquid seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Recipe
- 1 cut beef into cubes or strips.
- 2 mix garlic, 2 tablespoons olive oil, worcestershire sauce, liquid seasoning and black pepper together in a mixing bowl.
- 3 marinate for at least 2 hours.
- 4 then saute with olive oil for 3-4 minutes or until meat is brown. do not overcok.
- 5 serve in top or at the side of garlic rice. garnish with fried garlic.
