Beef Salpicao

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 5
  • 1 lb beef tenderloin
  • 1/4 cup olive oil (for sauteing)
  • 2 tablespoons garlic (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons liquid seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 cut beef into cubes or strips.
  • 2 mix garlic, 2 tablespoons olive oil, worcestershire sauce, liquid seasoning and black pepper together in a mixing bowl.
  • 3 marinate for at least 2 hours.
  • 4 then saute with olive oil for 3-4 minutes or until meat is brown. do not overcok.
  • 5 serve in top or at the side of garlic rice. garnish with fried garlic.
