Beef Potato Casserole

Ingredients

• Servings: 6
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1/2 cup chopped onion
• 1/2 cup chopped celery
• 2 tablespoons chopped celery leaves
• 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
• salt and pepper
• 4 medium potatoes, peeled & sliced

Recipe

• 1 brown the meat in skillet.
• 2 add onion,celery and celery leaves.
• 3 cook for 5 minutes.
• 4 stir in mushroom soup, milk, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
• 5 remove from heat.
• 6 place 1/2 the sliced potatoes in a greased casserole dish, then add 1/2 the meat sauce, the rest of the potatoes, then the last of the meat mixture.
• 7 cover.
• 8 bake 350 for 1 1/2 hr.
