Beef Potato Casserole

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 2 tablespoons chopped celery leaves
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled & sliced
Recipe
- 1 brown the meat in skillet.
- 2 add onion,celery and celery leaves.
- 3 cook for 5 minutes.
- 4 stir in mushroom soup, milk, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
- 5 remove from heat.
- 6 place 1/2 the sliced potatoes in a greased casserole dish, then add 1/2 the meat sauce, the rest of the potatoes, then the last of the meat mixture.
- 7 cover.
- 8 bake 350 for 1 1/2 hr.
