Beef Roast And Noodles

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 3 -3 1/2 boneless beef chuck roast
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons beef bouillon granules or 1 beef bouillon cube
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 cups onions, sliced to rings
  • 1/2 cup catsup
  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 4 cups hot cooked egg noodles

Recipe

  • 1 coat meat with flour.
  • 2 brown meat on dutch oven with 2 tbsp oil.
  • 3 add buillon granules and 1 1/4 cups hot water.
