Baked Spaghetti

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 quart spaghetti sauce
- 8 ounces sliced mushrooms, drained
- 7 ounces spaghetti, uncooked
- 4 ounces low-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup fat free greek yogurt
- 1 cup lowfat mozzarella cheese, shredded
Recipe
- 1 in a large skillet, cook beef and onions over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain.
- 2 add spaghetti sauce and mushrooms and bring to a boil.
- 3 reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 4 meanwhile, cook spaghetti according package directions; drain.
- 5 in a small bowl, combine the cream cheese cottage cheese yogurt; beat well.
- 6 add to the sauce mixture and combine.
- 7 pour into a greased 2 quart baking dish.
- 8 sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the top evenly.
- 9 bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted on top.
