Baked Spaghetti

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 quart spaghetti sauce
  • 8 ounces sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 7 ounces spaghetti, uncooked
  • 4 ounces low-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup low fat cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup fat free greek yogurt
  • 1 cup lowfat mozzarella cheese, shredded

Recipe

  • 1 in a large skillet, cook beef and onions over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain.
  • 2 add spaghetti sauce and mushrooms and bring to a boil.
  • 3 reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • 4 meanwhile, cook spaghetti according package directions; drain.
  • 5 in a small bowl, combine the cream cheese cottage cheese yogurt; beat well.
