- 1 gal. vegetable stock
- 6 cups water
- cans diced stewed tomatoes
- can red beans, drained rinsed
- can pinto beans, drained rinsed
- 18 cups uncooked long-grain rice
- 18 cups water
- cumin, 2 tablespoon
- dark chili powder
- 3 tablespoons cajun seasoning, # 1111
- salt and pepper, cajun seasoning
