Basic Meatballs

Ingredients
- 1/3 lb ground veal
- 1/3 lb ground lamb
- 1/3 lb ground beef
- 1/2 red onion
- 3 -4 garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup parsley
- 1/2 cup italian seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- salt
- pepper
- 1 (24 ounce) jar marinara sauce
Recipe
- 1 1) preheat oven to 400°f.
- 2 2) mince (very, very fine) onion, garlic and parsley.
- 3 3) use hands to mix ground meats, minced onion, minced garlic, minced parsley, bread crumbs and egg.
- 4 4) add pinch of salt and black pepper.
- 5 5) use hands to roll meatballs into 1/2 inch to 1 inch in diameter (whatever your preference). put rolled meatballs into 9x13 baking pan.
- 6 6) cover meatballs with sauce (you can use homemade, but jarred works just fine).
- 7 7) cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
