Asian Flavored Rib Eyes

Total Time: 13 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 8 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 rib eye steaks, 1/2 inch thick
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • 8 teaspoons oyster sauce (lee kum kee brand)
  • 4 teaspoons sesame oil

Recipe

  • 1 season steaks with salt and pepper.
  • 2 rub with 1 t. oyster sauce on each steak.
  • 3 flip steaks and rub 1t. of oyster sauce again.
  • 4 let marinate in room temperature for 1 hour.
  • 5 before grilling steaks, brush each with 1t of sesame oil.
  • 6 great with piping hot rice!
  • 7 bon appetit!
