Beef Bourguignonne Marinade

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/4 cup dry red wine
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon dried mustard
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 green onions, chopped finely part only

Recipe

  • 1 in a medium bowl, stir together wine, oil, mustards, garlic and green onions.
  • 2 add your beef of choice and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours before cooking.
