Beef Brisket

Total Time: 4 hrs 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 4 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 4 -6 lbs beef brisket
  • 1 (8 ounce) jar seafood cocktail sauce, extra horseradish
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 dashes worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 3 1/2 cups beef stock
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 lb baby carrots
  • 1 lb small potato

Recipe

  • 1 place brisket in roasting pan and cook at 450 for 20 minutes.
  • 2 pull out
  • 3 turn oven down to 300.
  • 4 stir up all ingredients and pour on top of meat and add water to almost cover.
  • 5 cover and return to oven
  • 6 cook for hour per pound
  • 7 pull out, allow to cool and slice.
