Beef Brisket

Ingredients
- Servings: 12
- 4 -6 lbs beef brisket
- 1 (8 ounce) jar seafood cocktail sauce, extra horseradish
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 dashes worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 3 1/2 cups beef stock
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 lb baby carrots
- 1 lb small potato
Recipe
- 1 place brisket in roasting pan and cook at 450 for 20 minutes.
- 2 pull out
- 3 turn oven down to 300.
- 4 stir up all ingredients and pour on top of meat and add water to almost cover.
- 5 cover and return to oven
- 6 cook for hour per pound
- 7 pull out, allow to cool and slice.
