Beef Bourguignon Soup

Ingredients

- 2 (13 3/4 ounce) cans beef broth
- 1 (3 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 lb ground beef, cooked, drained and crumbled
- 1/2 cup dry red wine (preferably burgundy)
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced carrot
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup medium egg noodles
- sour cream, for garnish
Recipe
- 1 in saucepan, combine all ingredients. bring to boil, stirring. reduce heat.
- 2 simmer, covered, for 30 minutes. garnish with sour cream before serving.
