Beef Ragout

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 lbs stewing beef
  • 2 stalks celery, cut in half inch pieces
  • 1 medium onion, cut into 8 pieces
  • 2 medium carrots, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1/3 cup minute tapioca
  • 1 tablespoon salt and pepper
  • 1 bay leaf

Recipe

  • 1 add all ingredients in casserole dish. cover and bake at 300°f for three hours.
