50’s Classic Meatloaf

Total Time: 1 hr 26 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 1 hr 6 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 lb ground lamb
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup green pepper, diced
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

Recipe

  • 1 meatloaf:.
  • 2 preheat oven to 350.
  • 3 combine ground beef, ground lamb, bread crumbs, worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper.
