Beef Taco Skillet

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can tomato soup (i use the less sodium one)
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup water
- 6 (6 inch) flour tortillas or 6 (6 inch) corn tortillas, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese or 1/2 cup mexican blend cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream, stir in with the soup
Recipe
- 1 cook meat stirring to break up.
- 2 drain.
- 3 stir in soup, salsa, water and tortillas.
- 4 heat to a boil.
- 5 reduce heat to low and cook for 5 minutes.
- 6 stir and top with cheese
- 7 place a dollop of sour cream and chopped olives on each individual serving if desired.
