Beef Taco Skillet

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can tomato soup (i use the less sodium one)
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 6 (6 inch) flour tortillas or 6 (6 inch) corn tortillas, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese or 1/2 cup mexican blend cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream, stir in with the soup

Recipe

  • 1 cook meat stirring to break up.
  • 2 drain.
  • 3 stir in soup, salsa, water and tortillas.
  • 4 heat to a boil.
  • 5 reduce heat to low and cook for 5 minutes.
  • 6 stir and top with cheese
  • 7 place a dollop of sour cream and chopped olives on each individual serving if desired.
