Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 3 -4 lbs beef tenderloin, trimmed and tied
- olive oil
- garlic salt
- fresh coarse ground black pepper
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 325°f.
- 2 smear outside of the tenderloin liberally with olive oil. sprinkle liberally with garlic salt and pepper.
- 3 put the tenderloin on a broiler pan, and roast in 325f oven for 15 minutes per pound for rare or 20 minutes per pound for medium rare.
- 4 let rest 10-15 minutes before carving.
