Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tablespoons onions, chopped fine
- 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 dash garlic powder
- 1/4 cup cornmeal
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 1/4 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup fat
- 1 cup canned tomato
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients except flour, fat and tomatoes.
- 2 make balls; roll in flour and brown in heavy pot.
- 3 add tomatoes; cover and simmer 30 to 40 minutes.
