Balsamic Pot Roast

Ingredients

- 4 lbs boneless bottom round roast
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 -2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon beef bouillon
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2-1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon basil
Recipe
- 1 place roast in crock pot.
- 2 add all ingredients.
- 3 let marinade 4 hours or overnight. (overnight is best).
- 4 turn a few times to coat.
- 5 cook roast on low until internal temp is 145-160, depending on preference of doneness, 6-8 hours.
- 6 remove remaining juices from crockpot; pour in a saucepan and boil for 2 minutes.
- 7 serve over sliced meat.
