- 1/4 cup catsup
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1/2 teaspoon honey
- 1 lb beef liver, sliced
Recipe
- 1 combine catsup, mustard, soy sauce, oil and honey.
- 2 arrange liver on broiler pan; brush with sauce. broil 3 to 4 minutes.
- 3 turn, brush with sauce and broil 3 to 4 minutes longer or until done. serves 4 to 5.
