Ingredients
- 3/4 cup oil
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 2 1/2 cups burgundy wine
- 1 1/4 tablespoons garlic powder
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together and marinate meat for 1 hour or longer.
- 2 leftover marinade can be brought to a boil and used as a sauce to serve over the meat.
