Ingredients
- Servings: 12
- 3 lbs chuck roast
- 14 ounces ketchup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup vinegar (cider or )
- 1 onion (medium, chopped fine)
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 orange (sqeezed)
- 1 tablespoon liquid smoke flavoring
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard (wet)
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt (to taste)
- salt & pepper (to taste)
Recipe
- 1 combined ingredients and bring to a boil.
- 2 simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hours (covered).
- 3 eat and enjoy!
