Barbecued Beef – Pulgogi

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 4 tablespoons finely chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 1/2 lbs beef sirloin tip

Recipe

  • 1 in a large bowl, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, black pepper, garlic, green onions and sesame seeds.
  • 2 slice beef thinly into ½ x 2 inch pieces. add meat to soy sauce mixture and mix well.
  • 3 cover and refrigerate 1-2 hours.
  • 4 preheat oven to broil.
  • 5 broil on broiler rack or grill meat for 2-3 minutes per side or until brown.
  • 6 serve with vegetable side dishes and rice.
