Barbecued Beef Brisket

Ingredients

• Servings: 8
• 1 (4 -5 lb) beef brisket
• 1 cup barbecue sauce
• 1/2 cup catsup
• 2 tablespoons lime juice
• 1 1/2 tablespoons liquid smoke

Recipe

• 1 mix last four ingredients together and pour over the beef brisket.
• 2 marinate several hours or overnight. cover completely with foil or use covered baking dish.
• 3 bake at 350 degrees for 4 hours.
• 4 cool, slice and enjoy.
