- 1 (4 -5 lb) beef brisket
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup catsup
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 1/2 tablespoons liquid smoke
Recipe
- 1 mix last four ingredients together and pour over the beef brisket.
- 2 marinate several hours or overnight. cover completely with foil or use covered baking dish.
- 3 bake at 350 degrees for 4 hours.
- 4 cool, slice and enjoy.
