Balsamic Beef Roast (slow Cooker)

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 3 lbs beef roast, boneless
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons herbes de provence, dried
  • 4 garlic cloves, smashed
  • 1 cup balsamic vinegar

Recipe

  • 1 spray large skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium high heat. cook beef in skillet, turning beef about 5 minutes, or until all sides are brown. sprinkle with salt, black pepper and herbs de provence.
  • 2 place smashed garlic in slow cooker; place beef on top of garlic. pour vinegar over beef. cover and cook on low heat 6-8 hours, or until beef is tender.
