Barbecue Beef

Ingredients

• Servings: 6
• 1 (3 lb) roast beef or 1 (3 lb) lamb
• 1 1/2 cups ketchup
• 1 (12 ounce) can coke
• 1 small onion (diced)
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven 350°f.
• 2 place beef/lamb roast in a baking dish (i use a bean pot).
• 3 combine all ingredients pour over meat bake for 3 hours.
