- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained or 4 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 (15 ounce) can beef broth
- 1 cup long grain rice
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
- 2 saute onion and mushrooms in butter.
- 3 add broth and cook for 5 minutes.
- 4 put rice in a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
- 5 pour broth mixture over rice.
- 6 cover and bake 45-60 minutes.
