Barbecued Prime Rib Bones

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 6 lbs ribs
  • 1/3 cup dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Recipe

  • 1 arrange bones in a large, shallow pan.
  • 2 prepare mustard marinade and pour over ribs; turn to coat.
  • 3 cover and let stand for about 2 hours.
  • 4 lift bones from marinade and drain briefly (reserve marinade).
