Better Than Mom's Pot Roast

Ingredients
- Servings: 12
 
- 4 -5 lbs beef roast 
 
- 2 cups beef broth 
 
- 2 cups ketchup 
 
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar 
 
- 2 medium onions, chopped 
 
- 2 garlic cloves, minced 
 
- 6 tablespoons brown sugar 
 
- 5 carrots, chopped 
 
- 5 celery ribs, chopped 
 
Recipe
- 1 season both sides of roast with salt and pepper. 
 
- 2 combine broth, ketchup, vinegar, onions, garlic, and sugar in slow cooker. 
 
- 3 add roast and top with carrots and celery.
