Best Ever Meatloaf

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground chuck
• 1 lb ground veal
• 1 lb lamb sausage
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup oats
• 3/4 cup hot ketchup
• 2 tablespoons minced garlic
• 1 small green pepper, chopped
• 1 small onion, chopped
• salt & pepper

Recipe

• 1 mix the three meats and add the remaining ingredients.
• 2 place in loaf pan and press into loaf.
• 3 bake at 350 for 1 hr and 45 minutes.
