Barb's Marinade

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 1/2 cups oil
  • 3/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons dry mustard
  • 1 tablespoon pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 cup wine vinegar

Recipe

  • 1 blend all together in a bowl.
  • 2 place steaks, roasts, fillets, shish kabobs, etc.
  • 3 in the marinade in the morning.
  • 4 refrigerate.
  • 5 grill in the evening for supper and use leftover as a basting sauce.
  • 6 i have only used this for beef.
