Barb's Marinade

Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups oil
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons dry mustard
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 2 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 cup wine vinegar
Recipe
- 1 blend all together in a bowl.
- 2 place steaks, roasts, fillets, shish kabobs, etc.
- 3 in the marinade in the morning.
- 4 refrigerate.
- 5 grill in the evening for supper and use leftover as a basting sauce.
- 6 i have only used this for beef.
