Beefy Hashy Corn Pocket #sp5

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 lb simply potatoes® shredded hash browns
  • 1 lb ground beef, seasoned
  • 3 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 8 refrigerated corn biscuits (like pillsbury grands)

Recipe

  • 1 1. in a skillet over medium heat, brown seasoned ground beef and frozen hash browns then drain completely and return mixture to the pan.
  • 2 2. add cream cheese and cheddar cheese until melted and thoroughly mixed together then let cool.
  • 3 3. flatten corn biscuits to a 3" disk being careful not to poke holes in the dough. add 1/4 c cooled beef mixture to the center. fold over and seal on the edges with a fork.
  • 4 4. bake at 350 in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
  • 5 5. let cool and serve over the remaining stuffing or just enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce.
