Beef Tongue

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 3 -4 lbs beef tongues
  • 3 (10 3/4 ounce) cans beef broth
  • 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup fresh sliced mushrooms
  • 3 garlic cloves

Recipe

  • 1 place the tongue in a pressure cooker and cover with water.
  • 2 cook 45 minutes.
  • 3 remove the skin from the tongue, slice and place in a pot.
  • 4 add the 3 cans of beef broth and the 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup.
  • 5 add the garlic cloves.
  • 6 add the fresh sliced mushrooms.
  • 7 cook on simmer for approximately 3 hours.
