Beef Patties With Cream Sauce

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons catsup
  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 1/4 lbs ground beef
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 (14 ounce) can chicken broth
  • 2/3 cup milk

Recipe

  • 1 heat oven to 350*.
  • 2 in lg bowl, mix first 8 ingredients; mix well.
  • 3 add beef and mix well.

  • 12 serve over patties.
