Ingredients

- 2 lbs ground chuck
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1 (14 ounce) bottle ketchup
- 2 tablespoons dry mustard
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 brown ground chuck and vegetables in a dutch oven, until meat loses its red color.
- 2 drain well.
- 3 add remaining ingredients and mix well.
- 4 simmer at least 2 hours to blend flavors.
