Sweeper Steak

Ingredients

• Servings: 6
• 2 teaspoons sesame oil
• 1 1/2 pounds beef stew meat, cut into 1 inch cubes
• 2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
• 1 (1 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix
• 1/2 cup diced onion

• preheat the oven to 350 degrees f (175 degrees c). grease a 1 quart casserole dish or larger with sesame oil.
• place the beef, cream of mushroom soup, soup mix and onion into the prepared baking dish and stir to blend.
• cover and cook for 1 hour, or until meat is tender.
