Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef stew meat
- 2 cups potatoes
- 2 cups chopped carrots
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 (16 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
- 2 (16 ounce) envelopes beef stew spice mix, mccormicks brand
- 4 cups water
Recipe
- 1 from frozen, no need to defrost, just drop it in the slow cooker and cook
- 2 for 7-8 hours on low (minimum internal temperature of 145°f).
- 3 salt and pepper to taste.
