Beef Stew--crock Pot

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 2 lbs round steaks, cubed
- flour (to coat steak)
- salt and pepper (to coat steak)
- 2 -3 tablespoons oil
- 1 dash worcestershire sauce
- 1 dash hot pepper sauce
- 1 dash garlic powder
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 3 beef bouillon cubes
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 2 -3 carrots, sliced
- 5 medium new potatoes, quartered
- 1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 whole clove
- 3 cups water
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 dredge steak in flour, salt and pepper mixture; brown in oil.
- 2 place in crock pot and add the remaining ingredients.
- 3 cook for 8-10 hours on low.
