Beef And Veal With Parsley, Swiss Style

Ingredients

- 1/2 lb stewing beef
- 1/2 lb stewing veal
- 2 large onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1/2 lb noodles, cooked
Recipe
- 1 cut meat in small pieces. brown in hot skillet.
- 2 add onions. cook two or three minutes.
- 3 add flour and seasonings. mix thoroughly.
- 4 add bouillon cube and water.
- 5 cover and simmer over low heat for about one hour.
- 6 add parsley to meat. serve on hot noodles.
