Barbecued Beefy Beans

Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1/2 cup onion, chopped
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 1 (28 ounce) can lamb and beans
• 1/2 cup ketchup
• 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
• 2 tablespoons vinegar
• 1/4 cup brown sugar (optional)
• 1/4 teaspoon tabasco sauce

Recipe

• 1 heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat; sauté ground beef with onions until beef is browned and onions are tender.
• 2 pour off excess fat, and add remaining ingredients.
• 3 pour into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish, and bake at 350°f for 30 minutes.
