Barbecued Beef – Pulgogi

Ingredients

- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 4 tablespoons finely chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
- 1 1/2 lbs beef sirloin tip
Recipe
- 1 in a large bowl, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, black pepper, garlic, green onions and sesame seeds.
- 2 slice beef thinly into ½ x 2 inch pieces. add meat to soy sauce mixture and mix well.
- 3 cover and refrigerate 1-2 hours.
- 4 preheat oven to broil.
- 5 broil on broiler rack or grill meat for 2-3 minutes per side or until brown.
- 6 serve with vegetable side dishes and rice.
