Beef And Spinach Pie

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 (10 ounce) package chopped spinach, thawed
  • 1 (5 ounce) package boursin cheese
  • 2 refrigerated pie crusts

Recipe

  • 1 fit one crust into a 9" glass pie plate.
  • 2 brown meat.
  • 3 stir in spinach and cheese.
  • 4 pour into crust.
  • 5 top with second crust. cover edges with foil or a pie ring.
  • 6 bake at 450 for 15 minutes.
  • 7 turn temp down to 350 for 30 minutes.
