Beef Soup With Egg Noodles

Ingredients

- 1 1/2 lbs boneless beef roast, cubed
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons onion salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 1/2 quarts water
- 1 lb egg noodles, unprepared
Recipe
- 1 in large, oven-proof skillet or a dutch oven, brown beef cubes in oil and salts.
- 2 add vinegar to pan.
- 3 simmer for 5 minutes.
- 4 add beef broth and water to pan.
- 5 cover pan and place in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours.
- 6 remove from oven, bring to boil on stovetop, and add noodles.
