Beef Soup With Egg Noodles

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 1/2 lbs boneless beef roast, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons onion salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 1/2 quarts water
  • 1 lb egg noodles, unprepared

Recipe

  • 1 in large, oven-proof skillet or a dutch oven, brown beef cubes in oil and salts.
