145 Year Old Bubble And Squeak

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 10 slices of cold roast beef (thin slices)
  • butter
  • 1/4 cabbage, shredded
  • 1 sliced onion
  • salt & pepper

Recipe

  • 1 fry the slices of beef gently in a little butter, taking care not to dry them up.
  • 2 place on a serving dish and keep warm.
  • 3 boil cabbage till tender.
  • 4 drain well.
  • 5 place until hot in a frying pan with butter, a sliced onion and seasoning of pepper and salt.
  • 6 when the onion is done, it is ready to serve.
  • 7 to serve, place fried greens over warm sliced beef.
