Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 cup lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup mashed potatoes, prepared
Recipe
- 1 pre-heat the oven to 350 deg f, 180 deg celsius.
- 2 combine the ingredients and blend well.
- 3 roll into 1 inch balls.
- 4 place on a baking tray and cook for around 20 minutes.
- 5 drain the fat, then cool and serve.
- 6 make sure you cut or mash the meatballs into an appropriate serving size for your baby before serving.
- 7 these can also be frozen and reheated in the microwave. allow plenty of time to cool before serving.
