Beef Stroganoffff

Ingredients

- 1 1/2 lbs beef tenderloin
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 1/2 cups beef broth
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup sour cream
- cooked noodles or rice
Recipe
- 1 cut beef in to strips.
- 2 cook beef in butter over med heat til browned on outside.
- 3 put 1/3 cup of broth off to side.
- 4 stir remaining broth ketchup, salt, and garlic into skillet with beef.
- 5 heat to boiling.
- 6 reduce heat and cover and simmer for 10 minute.
- 7 add mushrooms and onions cover simmer 5 min.
- 8 add 1/3 cup of broth and flour in tightly covered container and shake.
- 9 stir into beef mixture.
- 10 heat for 1 min add sour cream
- 11 serve over noodles or rice.
