Beef Stroganoff Sandwiches

Ingredients

- 1 loaf french bread
- 1 lb ground chuck
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Recipe
- 1 cut bread in half lengthwise.
- 2 wrap in foil and heat at 375 for 10 minutes.
- 3 meanwhile, brown meat and onion.
- 4 drain.
- 5 stir in sour cream, milk and spices.
- 6 heat, but do not boil.
- 7 spread on bread halves.
- 8 top with cheese.
- 9 place on baking sheet.
- 10 bake at 375 for 5 minutes.
