- 500 g beef, cut into strips
- 500 g mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, halved and sliced
- 2 tablespoons low-fat sour cream
- 1 tablespoon oil
Recipe
- 1 heat oil in pan. add beef, and stir until browned.
- 2 add onion, and stir through. cook until onions are softened.
- 3 add mushrooms, and stir through. cook until mushrooms are cooked through.
- 4 add cream, stir through, and serve over rice.
